		<description><![CDATA[There is no doubt that there are so many different components of starting a business. There is so much to learn and not enough time to learn, understand and effectively integrate it into your business systematically without being distracted from the growth of the organization.

One way I&#039;m personally combatting this is by going on information diets and focusing on learning objectives. I ask myself: what do I need to learn and how can I learn it the quickest. This the difference between casual education and &quot;just in time&quot; education.

I have slipped and read for reading sake but it&#039;s important to be aware and stay on track.]]></description>

While I think learning by doing is powerful, I would also argue that there is no accounting for experience.
